Course Outline:
Weekend Workshops: customized to each studio’s schedule (i.e., Fri (7 to 9pm), Sat (1 to 5pm), Sun (1 to 5pm)
Each workshop integrates student practice and teaching techniques for the following yoga poses—standing, inversions, balancing, backbends, forward bends, seated and twists. Included in the program purchase is a set of 5 yoga asana books complete with yoga actions, illustrations, and photographs.

Yoga Philosophy Class: 10 monthly sessions (i.e., 6 to 7pm Tuesdays)
