Transforming Fear to Joy

The Explorer is my longest-standing persona or archetype.  From my early days of reading Alice in Wonderland through to the worm-hole journey of mid-life, I waved the Explorer’s banner, “I’ll try anything, once.”  This seeking of varied experience repeatedly cycles me through Endings – Transitions – New Beginnings, in essence transformations.

As with any iterative cycle, such as transformation, a set of key ingredients can be extracted from the whole.  This suits me beautifully as I am always in search of synthesizing the complexities of Life into simple, easily understood models that I then apply to my work and myself.  My model of Transformation© (Inspiration, Internalization and Integration) is one example of this synthesis process.  The model also led me to extract three key tools that efficiently and effectively bring my whole being of head, hands and heart (mind, body and spirit) into every experience.

Imagine you are hearing a drum roll right now because these tools have saved my sanity and career innumerable times.  They are foundational to my daily existence and sweetly simple to apply – meditation, awareness writing and yoga.  Calmness, clarity, creativity are only three of their many known outputs. What daily practices serve your desire to be all that you wish in the world?  If you are looking to live consciously, then RRRN is what will get you there.
